These medical grade silicone ear molds are sweat and weather resistant, you can listen to music or talk for up to 8 hours, and they have built-in rechargeable batteries. Impressions are REQUIRED!
Ear impressions can be taken in our Concord, NC store, trackside service vehicles, or at your local audiologist's office.
When ordering, if you select the option to ship your impressions to RE, they must be received within 60 days of the original order date. If ear impressions are not received within 60 days, your order will be canceled, and you will be refunded. For everyone’s safety Racing Electronics will adhere to the following guidelines for custom ear impressions.
Please read the following before scheduling an appointment:
- Set appointment time - We ask that our customers set an appointment time to limit the amount of people in our showroom at one time. Please call Racing Electronics' customer support at 1-800-272-7111 Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm to schedule an appointment.
- Simple Health Questions - You will be asked a series of questions to ensure it is safe to proceed with taking the ear impressions.
- Waiver - Please read, understand, and sign our waiver forms to have your ear impressions taken.
- Impression Process - RE uses disposable, single use equipment for taking customer impressions.
